From calissons d’Aix, to cacho-dent (crunchy almonds), perhaps a pompe à huile (oil pump) and oreillette cookies, those with a sweet tooth will have plenty to choose from
And for gourmets who love savoury delights, they won’t be able to resist the classic spreads: tapenade and anchovy paste will go wonderfully with the no less famous wines of Provence. And to continue the meal, succumb to a delicious pistou soup or a dish enhanced an authentic aïoli. The hardest part will be choosing!
